”Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. Diner nearby on the corner of Colfax had fantastic breakfast options. Overall a perfect choice for us...

When we found the address, we were confused as the building is a mixed use type property with businesses and apartments. The sign outside of our address showed that there a was a massage business inside. I opened the door to see if there was someone inside to assist us but there was a massage in session and no reception area in the lobby. I could see that there were a...

”The property is a basement but don't let that scare you. There was no musty odor. Instead the proprty was clean and we had a good time. Communication was excellant. I would definitely stay there again.”
