Absolutely loved the location. Once we found it. One bummer was the hot tub doesn’t get hot and that was the biggest thing we were looking forward to. Other than that, everything was pretty functional. Dishes weren’t clean, but we hand washed them ourselves. Nice little get away.

Sutton House is beautiful, clean, spacious, and well stocked. The owners, Tina and Bob, are kind and generous. Ironton is walkable and filled with Sears bungalows, interesting shops, Checos Mexican restaurant, and Arcadia Coffee Shop. There is a Civil War plaque and history on the Courthouse Square ...
