”The lawn and landscaping needed tending to, pet friendly facility, but no where to take my dog to go to the bathroom safely. Hallway carpets looked like there had been water and looked grossly stained.”

”All Hamptons have nice rooms and extras. The Seguin Hampton was exceptional. Pool was very clean and gym was in good working order. Breakfast was good. Room had a nice shower which I prefer. I don't need an accessible room yet but I hate having to step into and out of a tub. The best thing was: At check in I was NOT ASKED for an extra $50 for "incidentals" which the Hampton in Lufkin did and I have yet to get my money back.”

”It was clean for an older motel. Shower could use some work and bring your kwn pillows. The pillows provided are lumpy and horrible.”

”It was nice to have a separated bedroom. Great A/C to cool down. Plenty of space for an air mattress so the kids didn't have to share a fold out couch. Lots to do nearby.”

”Staff was nice. Rooms were pretty worn. Torn fabric on chair. Had to ask for a do not disturb sign at front desk. Elevator needed cleaning, food crumbles on floor and were still there the next day. ”

”The breakfast was enjoyable and we liked the room amenities. The staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in/out was easy. But, the hotel itself feels old and needs a good cleaning/updating. The room and hall carpets smelled musty, our blanket had stains on it, the furniture had heavy scuff marks on it, there were stains in the bathroom that just made it feel grungy and unclean. The price was good, but I'd probably take my chances with a different hotel next time.”

”Great location. We had a balcony room and loved it! Very relaxing. Might could use a few more chairs or a table with chairs in pool area.”

”The room was perfectly fine. I would prefer to have soap available close to the sink - not in a container on the wall. No major problems... I thought the price was a bit high for equivalent lodging - I would stay again only if there was a 'special' -”

”Place was ok but very disappointed they decided to clean the swimming pool. The one thing rhe girls wanted to do is swim.”
