”The lawn and landscaping needed tending to, pet friendly facility, but no where to take my dog to go to the bathroom safely. Hallway carpets looked like there had been water and looked grossly stained.”

”Staff were quite helpful, the 2nd room was pleasant, everything worked in it, the first room we tried(accessibility room) was run down and dirty and had a smell but the staff allowed us to change which was fantastic. An elevator, the washer and two ice machines were broken though and only the elevator was fixed during the stay. The breakfast was a bit better than expected which was pleasant. For the price we got the value was good. Would recommend.”

”All Hamptons have nice rooms and extras. The Seguin Hampton was exceptional. Pool was very clean and gym was in good working order. Breakfast was good. Room had a nice shower which I prefer. I don't need an accessible room yet but I hate having to step into and out of a tub. The best thing was: At check in I was NOT ASKED for an extra $50 for "incidentals" which the Hampton in Lufkin did and I have yet to get my money back.”

”Staff was nice. Rooms were pretty worn. Torn fabric on chair. Had to ask for a do not disturb sign at front desk. Elevator needed cleaning, food crumbles on floor and were still there the next day. ”

”The room was nice, a couple of the outlets didn’t work. The last 2 days of my stay, the WiFi was not working. The breakfast was decent. I thought for the price, it was ok.”

”It’s a great place to stay next time. I am in town that it’s gonna be my number one place. The bar they have is a great addition for a hotel. The staff is friendly and very previous.”

Elevator was out of service as other reviews have mentioned but stairs to my second floor room were quick and easy.
