”Nice stay”

”A very positive, welcoming staff. There was a pool table, Jenga and Connect Four for the child and adults available for use. The gym looked clean and the pool was inviting.”

”This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.”

”When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on...

”Everything”

”Clean rooms, friendly staff, and it was quiet. It is an older building, but it worked for what we needed it for.”

”The front desk clerk was good and nice. But let me tell ya the manager Chelsie tomblin was useless. Her front desk clerk let her know that her hotel was out of laundry supplies and nothing was done. I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool...

”Staff was helpless”

”We were disappointed the pool was closed for our entire stay but nothing was done to compensate for the closure, we weren't made aware it was closed until after check in. A few Hilton Honors points or a discounted room rate would have been nice. The rooms are very basic not a lot of sitting to visit with friends without being right out front with everyone else. Room was clean and staff was friendly nice place for overnight stay, but for long term stay not enough amenities for my liking. No...

”I liked the fact that everyone was very respectful and polite. And that when it was time to checkout the house keepers weren't rude or snappy. And when I needed extra towels, I just had to call the front desk and then someone brought them to my room.”

”Several reviews raved about breakfast. Assorted breads from Walmart. A high school student made a waffle, took one bite, and tossed it. The following were marked ‘Out of order’: 1st floor women’s room, 2nd floor ice machine, and something else. Black mold on ice machine. Lobby not mopped 3 days. Footprints on walls in elevator. Miscellaneous stain on mattress in room. Dirty dishes in lobby 3 days. Hallways smelled of pot. Overall should have spent the extra $20 for someplace else.”

”Linens weren’t changed prior to check in. The pillow cases were obviously reused. There was beard hair in the sink, dirt in the shower. Gaps and cracks in caulking.”

”It was pretty clean, but in the room, you could tell where they had patched places on wall and corners and never painted to fix it when we asked for towels they had to wait to get some washed in the place wasn’t even booked up there were maybe 15-20 cars in lot …. Then we asked for pillows for fold out sofa and all they had was one told us to use them off our bed 🙄…. And the breakfast was awful”
