”Great place to stay before heading to Crater Lake. New property, comfortable room and amenities and breakfast one would expect. The only thing I noticed missing was in-room safe. Overall would stay again if visiting the area. ”

”Beautiful property and unit. My reason for a Good rating, rather than an Excellent rating, was that both afternoons (after 4:00) the code given to me didnt work. Not fun trying to get into your unit in 100 degree heat. But, I was able to get assistance through a phone call each time (took a while the 2nd night!) from very nice staff people.”

”The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. The view out the full size back...

”Not quite sure how to review this property. It is advertised on Expedia as having a hot tub and that is why we booked it. When we couldn’t find the hot tub, we asked at the front desk and they said, “no hot tub but the pool is heated”. It was a very cold heated pool in my opinion… Other than that huge disappointment, it was very clean, great staff, good breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again for the other amenities. It’s just hard when you book it based on one amenity that was...

”I will neber use Expedia or this particular hilton again. I paid in advance for 4 nights for a business trip. Had an issue come up at work I CALLED the hotel direct and the Hilton told me if I dod not check in by midnight they were canceling my entire reservation (already paid for) and I would lose the money had have to create a new reservation with them. Spent 2 hours on the phone with expeda who DIRECTLY CALLED THE HOTEL told them it not to cancel the reservation that is was already paid for....
