”The property was clean, the staff was helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of items. My only complaint is that I only stayed there one night and they charged me for two. This is because they have a two night minimum. This was graduation for the local college, I don’t understand why there is a room day requirement when so many people are just trying to find accommodations while attending their children’s graduation.”

”Room was clean when I arrived. Overall bathroom and shower were spacious. Kitchenette was stocked with essentials. Breakfast was as good as a hotel breakfast would be. If I am back in the area, I would definitely stay again.”

”The parking lot was a congested and when I first arrived to the property. I was confused as to where I could park. I talked with the front desk clerk and was informed that they were currently renovating, which is understandable. My room was clean. The staff was pleasant. I had a great experience overall.”

”Close to interstate- super friendly staff. Noisy hallways at 1 am, and parking lot is shared with other businesses which was a bit weird. Breakfast was solid. Overall, a good stay and good vibe.”

”Hotel itself is fine - typical Hampton Inn. In fact I’d just said to my wife “I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton.” Spoke too soon. I prepaid for a night through Expedia for a young colleague of mine who does. Or have a credit card. He was supposed to arrive at 5pm. His flight from Philadelphia was cancelled and he had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to Syracuse. That night before I went to sleep I went to the front desk and explained the situation. ”I had no light switch in the room had no idea how to turn the lights on and then when I figured out there is no main switch only two small lights worked. The big light in the middle did not work. The phone on that same power source was not working either. The room was very warm when I got there and it took a few hours to cool down and was not the most comfortable. In all honesty I also did not report any of this until I checked out.”

”Good news, they welcome pets and only charge $20 per. Bad news, the room REEKED of cat urine. I wouldn’t think of sitting on the sofa. It did not look clean and probably was the source of the smell.. The bed was clean and comfortable, and overall the room was in pretty good shape. But they definitely need to do something about the cat odor.”
