”The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.”

”Our room wasn't very clean. There were large stains on the sitting chair and small stains and dirty grout on the floor in the bathroom. The shower drain didn't work well and there was a lack of deep cleaning. Some positives, the staff was helpful, beds were comfortable, room was quiet. ”

”First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me.”

”When checking in the female clerk was chewing on something, gum, candy or food) and it was difficult to understand her. Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am. ”

”Overall, pretty average stay. The 4th and 3rd floors are renovated rooms, however, we travel with a pet so requested a 1st floor, non-renovated, room. It DEFINITELY needed renovation. However, the room was clean and fine. My main complaint is that the wheels were broken on both of the luggage carts which made a miserable move in and move out. Honestly, fix the luggage carts!”

”We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Suburban Studios. The rooms are spacious, the linens and towels are clean, the amenities are very useful.Thanks to the helpful female weekend staff who helped us with AC and internet issues. We appreciate your responsiveness. ”

”Excellent staff at check in, very pleasant , helpful and professional. Room was horrible front door has to be pushed using all your weight to close. Bathroom horrible flush tank did not work as well as room phone. Had to go to front desk receptionist very helpful changed room. Hotel under renovation so not recommended until it is completely renovated.”
