”Our room was clean. We had maid service every day. We loved the morning breakfast. One wish would starting the breakfast at 6 instead of 6:30, because my husband is an early riser.”

Family friendly.......one day, cleaning crew did not leave another bathmat, or washcloths, but we had enough towels anyway, so not a big deal. Next day was updated. ”Centrally located and very convenient. Quirky old hotel with a friendly staff and nice amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, or any of the other attractions in the area!”

”The hotel was busy! The front desk assistant (Lisa) who checked us in was very friendly and handled it well. The room was clean. Had cookies and water available in the lobby during check in. We did not check out the breakfast. The elevator was not working when we were there.”

”Hair, Stains, Dirt, and major signs of bed bugs! We always check our room out prior to unloading and settling into a room. There was hair between the sheets, stains on the sheets and pillows, also the floor was dirty and behind and under the mattress was awful. The worst part and highly dreaded find was the clear sign of beg bug droppings on the physical mattress. We did not see any bugs but we also had not laid down or attracted them with our heat yet. I have seen bed bug infestations and...

”Room was filthy, half used roll of toilet paper, dirty towels, dirty sheets and a door that would shut fully. After asking for a a towel the staff informed me I’d have to wait an hour. This was after an hour and a half check in process. Made it an hour and half before leving”
