”We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Rapid City for one week. Overall, the property was nice, and we appreciated the warm cookies offered in the evening as well as the lemon ice water available in the lobby. Unfortunately, there were some issues during our stay. My husband, who has Alzheimer’s, stepped on something while barefoot in our room and cut his foot. We couldn’t find what caused the injury at the time, but after returning home, an ER doctor removed a small piece of glass from his foot. This...

”Our room wasn't ready when we got there, it was after 3 pm. The breakfast in the morning was a joke. They only had cereal and waffles. The coffee was terrible. I would stay at a another motel. Stayed more than 1 day. Never got fresh towels, never took our garbage or used towels. Had to ask for toilet paper. One of the worst motels l been at.”

”Our flight got delayed due to weather, I called hotel to tell them we would be checking in late. They said that was fine. So when we did arrive at hotel, they had giving our rooms away. So they got paid for our 2 rooms twice. They refused to give us a refund. Poor way to do business. I would never recommend this hotel.”
