”Phenomenal houseboat! Very well maintained, super clean, comfortable and peaceful. Beautiful views of the Tennessee River. The owners were awesome and the marina crew were spot on. Great area of Knoxville as well. So thankful for available bikes and water sport stuff too (paddle boards, kayak, etc). The walk to the boat was easy especially given it was a marina! I have walked further from my parking spot to hotels in downtown Knoxville. The Albatross gets an A in my book.”

”Overall enjoyed our stay. Better than a hotel room with nice views, atmosphere for a night but the lack of adequate hot water for a decent shower was disappointing. It also appeared there was a fire pit in the pics but there was not. Vermillion is a very lovely town with shops and restaurants very close to the tiny home. Also, beware there is a nearby train that runs through the night. Didn’t bother us too much but could be problematic for a light sleeper.”

”Great spot! We had a great time and it was nice that we were able to bring our dog. It rained the whole time but the whole slip is covered so we were able to sit out on the back of the boat and enjoy the storm. Inside is really cozy as well. We’ll definitely be back!”

”Being our first experience lodging on a house boat, we felt as though we were staying in luxury. Unexpectedly, the boat was fully equipped with everything. The owner has it tastefully decorated, neat and very clean. Good location and within walking of a couple popular bar/restaurant eateries, although many around the city (college town).
