”Front desk was friendly and professional without being stuffy. Even as we walked to our room, staff took the time to greet us. The pool was a nice, refreshing time for the kids. I LOVED the free snack and drink offered at 5:30. All three kids had a plate of nachos and decided it was enough for their supper meal. Our fire alarm started chirping and contacted the front desk. ”Worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, after checking in I found the previous occupant's socks next to the bed which made me question how well the room had been cleaned.
