”Nice, clean hotel, good location but not for business traveller. A worn out sofa and coffee table only place to work. Plenty of room, a desk and chair woul be good.”

”The staff are anazing!!! Friendly, happy, and willing to help. Rooms are room but mattress was way to small ft for us. The pub skillet meatballs are out of this world as well as the staff there!! Breakfast had lots of choices for beverages but the actual food could’ve been better. I miss the omelet station that they use to have. Property grounds are clean and pretty. If I knew I could get a firmer mattress I would definitely stay again. We’ve stated here many times over the last 15 yrs.”

”The room was dated (East tower), old brown carpet and wallpaper. Poor lighting. Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early. Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators. Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor. Views from the room was great. ”

American Airlines Centeristä (noin 1,7 kilometriä). Vinkkinä herkkäuniselle: kannattaa pyytää huone joka ei ole lännen puolelle jossa on vilkas moottoriteiden risteys. ”

”The property is nice. Room is a bit dated. The plugs are loose. Free WiFi is a plus. The hot water in the shower could be hotter. I think it’s a bit pricey but I was staying for a convention and I know I was paying for convenience of staying on site. ”

”The room and front in service was amazing, however we went to Rojo after the Luke Combs concert. We sat in the outside patio where we were refused service. Wait staff only stated half the patio was his and his demeanor was curt. He then stated he would get someone which never came to fruition. After approximately 15 minutes, no one came to take our orders. I ended up contacted the bar manger and explained the staff unwillingness to service the patio guests. Victor was Cordial and assisted...

”Needed a budget place for just sleeping in a central Chicago. For that purpose excellent choice due its location (metro + walking distace everywhere). Quiet+clean hotel and safe location. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip. Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. ”

”I’ve stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. It is my first choice for lodging when I make my trips to the area. The location is ideal with plenty of food and entertainment options within walking distance and it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the Railroad Station. I’ll certainly look to get a room at this location when I return over the holiday season. ”
