"Okay room and relatively helpful staff, but not all of them spoke english. Sound proofing of rooms is poor so you hear the pling plong of the elevator all night if your room is near it. Food issues were not great, the vending machine in the lobby did not work, and the breakfast was terrible (stale food and broken/empty dispensers), would definitely not pay for it again. "

"Erikoinen varaus - täällä piti olla kylpylä, mutta vasta varauksen jälkeen kerrottiin, että se on koko loppuvuoden pois käytöstä. Tilalle sai aika koomiset kaksi suolaista minipalaa ja juoman (omalla kohdallani 5 euron mineraalivesilasillinen). Aamiainen pieni, mutta suht ok, huone ihan ok. Ehkä ei ihan vastinetta rahalle, mutta nukuimme hyvin ja hiljainen paikka. Nehän tärkeimmät."

"Start with positives. Family room was large and convenient location. I am appalled how terrible the service is. It took three calls and 2 hours in late evening for the staff to bring a missing pillow from the child bed. Food in the restaurant was overpriced and not very good. We left something behind, but have not been able to retrieve it. They won't even answer the queries. I can't comprehend how a place can operate like this. "

"The room would have fit 4 people - the problem was there was no furniture to fill the space = the place echoed. Also, the door didn't have any weather stripping, so all sounds could be heard from the hall, and the hall light shone thru at night. Made it kind of uncomfortable, not gonna lie. All in all though, the room was cheap and relatively clean (didn't appreciate the spider I saw while taking off my shoes, but my room was on ground floor, so...) and the airport shuttle was great (though the timetables can be a bit inconvenient)."
