”The room 512 was so noisy that one could hear all discussions on the hallway and traffic. Furthermore the cleaning storage was just next to the room so there was no peace at all. Furthermore there was someone else's welcome note and wine, which were picked up from us. ”

”The beds kind of smell like mildew, there is no air or heat in the building, but I was on the fifth floor so therefore it was extremely hot to the point where it was so uncomfortable to be in the room, when I tried to call and get help with it, they told me there’s nothing that they could do! When I first got there to check in a man tried to get me to pay twice after already booking and paying with Expedia. Totally seemed like a scam. The pool was closed for maintenance which we understood but we were still disappointed as that was one of the reasons we booked here. However, we were really especially impressed with the helpful staff. :) ”
