”The property had some disrepair — a broken window and peeling paint on the bathroom door jams. However, it had the most beautiful view and was very comfortable for our overnight stay. Parking was a little challenging. We did not know which fob opened the doors in the garage or that we had to point one of the remotes at the garage door to get it to open. The network name provided for the WiFi was incorrect and we had to keep trying all the ones available until we got the correct one. We checked...

”The person by the name James C, I am not sure if he lied about his name and I am not sure about his role, but he claim to be a manager which i highly doubt from the way he talks and eager to fight over the phone. The property and the workers are a bunch of lairs and choose to fight with customers wherever they are hiding because they do not have any reception desk. Zero understanding of customer service or relations. It was the worst experience”

”The host wasn't very up front about the parking. In the listing it says there is parking right at the building, yet the morning of, I get a notice from him that the garage is closed. I had to pay more for parking further away. It would have been nice to know up front. The host didn't answer the call when we tried to get into the building so the security guard had to let us in. There were towels and things in the room, but the towels weren't put out, we had to find them in a closet. This...

Cambridge Suites Toronto

8/10 Hyvä

"Very clean and big rooms that made for a very comfortable stay! The rooms are in need of a bit of care with eg loose doorknobs in the bathroom, but it didn’t impact functionality. Breakfast was basic but good. The location is the big draw, you are within walking distance of everything."

Town Inn Suites Hotel
