”The hotel is currently being renovated so there is dust everywhere and some of the amenities were not accessible, e.g., business center, ice machine. We were in one of the renovated rooms and the bedside lights did not work. I'm guessing the experience would have been nicer had the renovations had already been completed.”

”For the most part everything was up to standard. I cannot blame the staff as we were short of time and thus our communications were not being met. Overall, a pleasant stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Thank you.”

”Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. ”Manager stated they are under new management. Staff was very helpful. We had a leaky toilet. Someone came but only cleaned up the water. Maybe language was a barrier. But they were friendly. Hoping the new management helps with improvements to the room.”

”Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat”
