”The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly.
They also provided hot breakfast with different choices.
Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.”

”We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful.
The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, service at the rooftop restaurant was quite slow for both breakfast and dinner, and it often seemed understaffed. The coffee was also never served hot enough.

”Everything was great. The location was perfect, there are a few good restaurants in the hotel and many just outside, plus shopping and the park. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the gym was well equipped. There are also free fitness classes and a pool. We had a comfortable stay, would definitely return!”

I want a REFUND, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact EXPEDIA, so I write this Review.
First, Location is very good, just 2 minutes behind Quicentro, a Fabulous Shopping & Dining Mall. BUT!
I Reserved an Apartment Suite, multi-rooms & Kitchen. What I was given was a run down single room in need of repair, with a dangling smoke alarm from the ceiling, electrical outlets so loose my plugs fell out, and walls so thin I could hear...

”It was comfortable and spacious, a great deal for 2bd/2ba, with washer/dryer and everything we needed. The staff were wonderful and it included access to the Marriott gym, pool, etc.
The only thing we didn't care for was the location -- there's not much around there. The other hotel district (near the Sheraton) is much livelier and a better walking/shopping area. The only good restaurants close by were in the hotel. There are some roads nearby we were told to avoid by Marriott staff. However...

”The property is located in a great location in Quito, lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to press a buzzer to have a staff member come and physically let you in every time. An automated unlock would be nice but not huge issue. The breakfast was good, they cooked fresh eggs to your liking. The only detractor was some cleanliness issues with our room, mainly a used bar of soap left in the shower from a previous guest....
