They took so long to reply that when they did they were booked. Had to wait in the lobby for hours and they didn´t advise the room was ready until I went up to ask. Rooms do not have AC only an HVAC system that is not efficient. This is not advised anywhere on the listing. The room feels...

”The hotel staff were very friendly and had an excellent attitude toward guests. My spouse and I stayed for seven nights, but it felt very short. We would stay here again if we have the chance. The ribeye steak at Opera Restaurant was delicious enough that I would want to recommend it to others.”

”The ability to fly in and walk across the crosswalk straight into the hotel on the 3rd floor was so convenient it should be illegal. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We enjoyed a late dinner when we arrived and it was decently priced. Expect Marriott pricing vs a local hotel offsite but the convenience cannot be beat if you are doing a short layover before heading to the Galápagos Islands.”
