”Do not be put off by the strange entrance: The reception is reached by a lift from street level. The hotel has charm and all the staff are incredibly helpful.
The hotel even arranged a wine tasting for our party of 7. Liliana and her team had dressed the room and matched each of the wines with a tasty snack.
The location is also great as you can stroll to the cathedral and the monastery museum.”

”Everything okay with the hotel and service they provided. Short walking distance to city center. Easy to grab taxis from front of the hotel entrance. Okay/good breakfast. Gym, sauna and small rooftop pool area nice bonuses. Room size and condition okay/good. Room air conditioning worked fine and could be adjusted from the room. I would stay again and recommend this hotel to others.”

”The hotel was way better than we expected. It exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness everywhere, very friendly and helpful staff (specially Kevin at the front desk) He checked us in and fully assisted with any questions we had. Also the buffet breakfast was delicious and very abundant. And the last thing is the great location; it is close to a lot of interesting spots of turistic interest. We recommend this hotel 100%. 🤗”
