La playa de Sao Martinho está a 5-10min en coche, y en general es una zona muy bonita para descubrirla. The main room has kitchen, table, lounge, small TV and a fire. The separate bedroom has two single beds with an adjoining bathroom. The cottage sits right on the edge of the Rio Varosa (Varosa River) and the sound of running water is peaceful and calming. There is the option to have a home cooked meal...

”Our group of 4 adults had a great stay at this property. While it was a tad tricky to find, Telma helped us through that and warmly greeted us at her charming property. After a quick tour and a few tips she left us with a fresh loaf of bread, some cheese, bottle of her local favorite wine and some pastries. The property was seemingly in the middle of nowhere with views over the local fields but in reality was only a few minutes from the autoroute making it a great base for exploring the area....

”Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dieser voll ausgestatteten Villa. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Jeden Morgen wurde uns frisches Brot vorbei gebracht. Einziges kleines Manko: Im Haus ist nur ein Badezimmer, die zweite Dusche und Toilette ist am Pool. Leider waren die Temperaturen nicht mehr dafür geeignet, dass man outdoor hätte duschen können.”

”We found the house easily. We loved the location. Lamego was close by with grocery stores, shopping and some lovely cultural sights. We were able to get to other places we wanted to see (Braga, Regua, Viseu) easily also. The kitchen was nicely equipped. We love to cook on vacation and this kitchen had all we needed.
