"The service at the front desk was good. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. Several pieces of furniture were broken, and the overall atmosphere felt stuffy. The fitness room is outdated and poorly equipped, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly."

"Erittäin mukava kaupunkihotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Metroasemia lähellä, lentokentältä pääsee metrolla yhdellä vaihdolla (asemilla huonosti hissejä). Keskeinen sijainti, paljon ravintoloita lähistöllä ja muutenkin vilinää. Hotelliaamiainen ei mitenkään erityinen, syötävää kyllä riitti. Kiva kattobaari juomien nautiskeluun ja maisemien ihailuun. Superior huone yläkerroksissa muuten hyvä, mutta liikenteen melu kadulta kuului varsin selvästi, sitä riitti lähes läpi yön. Kylpyhuone oli myös aikaa nähnyt, suihkuveden lämpötila vaihteli koko ajan."

"It started to smell like cigarette in our room that apparently came from ventilation. We discussed the matter with reception and the offered a room change to similar one where smell wasn’t an issue. I would recommend them for their flexibility!"

"A really neat hotel close to Lisbon's sights and places to eat. The hotel facilities are really clean and the staff is friendly. The outdoor pool area on the roof is wonderfully relaxing and has good sunbeds. Heated pool all the time like bird's milk. The room service played well and every night a bed was made sure and chocolates on the bedside table. The hotel took our birthdays into account by surprising us with sparkling wine and chocolate cake, thanks to the hotel once again. The breakfast service is of high quality and in addition to a good buffet table, our own waiter serves drinks and accepts special orders, such as gluten-free options or specially prepared eggs. I strongly recommend this hotel for a vacation. We chose an early breakfast almost every day and the morning only for the outdoor swimming pool, when it was less crowded. In the afternoon it was good to go to the city to chill and see the sights. Todella siisti hotelli lähellä Lissabonin nähtävyyksiä ja ruokapaikkoja. Hotellin tilat todella siistit ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Katolla oleva ulkouima-allas alue ihanan leppoisa ja hyvät aurinkotuolit. Lämmitetty allas kokoajan kuin linnunmaitoa. Huonepalvelu pelasi hyvin ja joka ilta varmistettu peti ja suklaat yöpöydällä. Syntymäpäivät hotelli huomioi yllättämällä meidät kuohuviinillä ja suklaakakulla, siitä kiitokset hotellille vielä kerran.
