I had a great stay at this spacious, well-equipped apartment. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk from Luxembourg Gare (the central train station) and around 10 minutes from the city centre, making it an ideal base for exploring Luxembourg.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher, while the basement laundry area includes a washing machine and dryer. There are also plenty of thoughtful extras, including a clothes drying rack, iron, hairdryer and cleaning equipment. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax, and the building has a lift, which is a nice bonus.
The bed is firm but comfortable. One thing to note is that there is a pub across the street, so it can be a little noisy in the evenings. However, the apartment's soundproof windows do an excellent job of blocking out the noise when closed.
There isn't air conditioning, but a fan is provided, which was adequate during my stay.
The digital access system works very well—the app made entering both the building and the apartment simple and reliable. The staff were also quick to respond whenever I had a question.
Overall, this is an excellent place for solo travellers, couples or small families looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Luxembourg. I would happily stay here again.

Amazing property, close to the city, easy parking. Laundry room available. Very convenient.
The only thing was some dishes and kitchen utensils were dirty when we arrived. We cleaned everything for our use.

1. Le scale d’ingresso erano sporche, piene di polvere e di sporcizia di lavorazioni;
2. nell’appartamento quando siamo arrivati non c’era la carta igienica e neanche una bottiglia d’acqua da bere;
3. nel bagno c’era un cesto con degli asciugamani sporchi;
4. e sopratutto, nella camera da letto hanno lasciato la finestra aperta, che non si chiudeva perché rotta. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta.
