”Our sink drain was super slow and the toult was running. Asked for it to be fixed while we were out, but came back to nothing having been done and no communication about it. Breakfast ended at 9am SHARP. No flexibility. Would have been nice to have a little extra time.”

”The ceiling needed to be painting it looked old yellow looking, the bathroom ceiling had mold on it, the hot tub was out of order, and for what they call breakfast was cereal or yogurt”

”Nothing special, simple motel. Easy to get to, right off highway. Tucked back so the traffic noise isn't an issue. Beds were comfortable.”

”The room was clean. The hotel was definitely outdated. The breakfast consisted of cereal, oats and bananas. Yogurt and milk were an extra charge. Location was convenient and you couldn't hear the highway much”

”Bed bugs. Tried to get a refund, and was hung up on twice. I called Deschutes County Health Department. Avoid this place at all costs.”

”My husband and I stayed five nights. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels, etc replenished daily. The breakfast variety was excellent and very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. I used the laundry facilities while we were there and found it convenient and easy to use. Th staff were very helpful. We would stay there again.”

”Waited a long time to check in which was frustrating, standing in the lobby with my bags while no one was at the desk for a while, the person in front of me went back to their car. The staff was nice when they finally came back though. Room was dirty. Decided against using the shower which was very frustrating after a long day of traveling. Dog hair all over the seating in the room. Stains all over carpet. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. All corners had black dirt and dust and crumbs. Dust on...

”Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an easy walk to the Fairgrounds! We stayed in a double queen room with a kitchen and had a creek view. It was a great room with two TVs, a couch, desk, and double sinks. It was perfect for a girls weekend! Thank you to the super friendly front desk staff :)”

”This place was unexpectedly great. It’s only a few years old but it’s been well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym is very well equipped. The pool, while small, is nice and not overly chlorinated. And the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and a great alternative to the much higher priced spots in Bend.”

”Employees were very nice. Towel rack fell of the wall. Lots of parking. Close to a wonderful restaurant breakfast and lunch. Shops nearby. The room was clean.”
