”This hotel is close to rail station. There are restaurants nearby.
There seemed to be an issue with rubish collection as there were lots of bags of trash in front on many of the properties. However, the hotel, itself, and it's property were clean.
I really enjoyed the friendly staff. My room was a nice comfortable size. And, the property was quiet; I was able to get good sleep after touring the city. ”

”Everything as usual was excellent,
However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast.
On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special.
Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge.
Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff.
We will, ofcourse come to stay again.

”Unfortunately when we entered our room, water was dripping through the ceiling, a pipe had broken, we immediately reported it to the staff who quickly and efficiently moved us to an alternative room which was perfect. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was of the highest quality, can highly recommend the lamb shank. The menu is varied and delicious. We had the breakfast, again of the highest quality and well worth the money. We have stayed here before and will be staying here again,...

”The room was warm, spacious, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom didn’t have a bath, which my wife was disappointed about. But we enjoyed the shower. There was plenty of pressure and hot water was in abundance. A few cobwebs around the room, but could only see them in low light, the bathroom sink drained very slowly and there was no toilet brush.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were brilliant.
The breakfast was lovely, though slightly overpriced.
