"This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful....

I had to shorten my trip a couple of days & they were incredibly understanding. The dinners were fantastic and despite the town being relatively remote, everything was very accessible. "Beautiful hotel, amazing view of the lake, everyine working there was so friendly. My only issue was when booking through a 3rd party site you don't get acccess to the pool we were not told that upon checking in. We decided to go to the pool and used our key which didn't open it, the front desk told us there would be a $10 a day per person charge if we wanted to use the pool. The person checking us in should of mentioned it or it should be posted upon check in of the fee if not booked directly...
