”I arrived solo at I Keu Ken Hostel on my first night in Argentina/Patagonia. Met great people there to hang out with. I was only there one night and it was definitely nice to arrive at a friendly hostel. The woman at the check-in desk (I forgot her name but she was from Costa Rica) was a gem. So nice, funny, and welcoming. She also made a dinner reservation for us at her friend's restaurant. He makes meals for local in his home! It was such a beautiful experience.”

”It was a good hotel! It looked pretty and everything worked as it should. The restaurant was pretty but noisy and not a gastronomic triumph; WiFi and jacuzzi worked well; everything was clean and orderly. The spa and gym were not much worth mentioning. The surroundings of the hotel are not the prettiest, but the view to the lake & mountains are nice!”

”The hotel is conveniently located by the bus terminal and within walking distance to the main street of the town. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They can show you how to get to the city center and recommend restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. Overall it was a great stay and would love to come back again.”

”Nice hotel and great staff. The young lady at reception arranged tours and was very helpful. There's only one restaurant closeby that serves dinner. For other meals and supermarkets, walk 20 mins to centro so location is not that great of you don't have a vehicle. Otherwise a pleasant stay.”

”Beautiful view from property. Staff seemed disinterested, and not overly happy to correct our booking to a twin room. Radiator in room broken/not functioning. No shuttle service to town, a bit far to walk 2kms return in the dark and cold conditions. Property restaurant dinner appeared to be reheated - not freshly made, food was not heated through and not very appealing. Breakfast was cold food only - extra charge for eggs.”
