”It was a good hotel! It looked pretty and everything worked as it should. The restaurant was pretty but noisy and not a gastronomic triumph; WiFi and jacuzzi worked well; everything was clean and orderly.
The spa and gym were not much worth mentioning.
The surroundings of the hotel are not the prettiest, but the view to the lake & mountains are nice!”

”Overall, my stay was average. There wasn't anything seriously wrong with the hotel, and the staff was professional, but the property is clearly showing its age.
The rooms, furniture, and facilities feel worn out, and several things no longer work as they should. The hotel could really benefit from a major renovation. The biggest issue was the poor soundproofing—you can hear conversations, doors, and noise from neighboring rooms very easily, which makes it difficult to get a good night's...
