My partner had some health issues and they had partner clinics that would come and check in the room at no difference in cost. They were extremely understanding and helpful. I wish our stay there had been longer. It was very close to everything you would want to be close to. ”It was a pleasure to stay in this hostel. There's a shared bathroom with one shower and two toilets but it was clean and the water was hot. The room was clean and it was quiet and peaceful to get some sleep. The Niños restaurant served delicious food, better try it on your visit! The price of the hotel room (without a private bathroom) was quite high for me (the highest on my trip in Peru) but I guess Cusco is expensive in general.”

”I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...
