”This was a great stay. Very large suite. Pristine and the bed was so comfortable. It was so helpful to have the kitchen for heating up leftovers. Staff was friendly and I was so happy that they provided excellent customer service when I had questions.”

”The best hostel where I've been so far! Nice staff, good location, clean rooms and good breakfast and supper included. ”

”The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. Communicating with the hosts Sandra and Andrea was effortless, responding to my queries quickly and with useful recommendations. And the breakfast was not just a roll and coffee, but a full, hot breakfast! The location was convenient, within walking distance to Las Palapas, many restaurants and shops. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you, Sandra and Andrea.”

”It was a good place to stay in Cancun for one night. There is so many good restsurants near hotel and it is also easy to walk to Ado bus station. Receptionist was kind and helpful.”

”Amazing! And they offer free filtered water!”

”Todo muy bien, ubicación muy buena, buena limpieza y muy tranquilo el lugar”

”Puhdas huone, ystävällinen henkilökunta, lähellä bussiasema, loistava aamiainen ”

”Majoittuminen sujui hyvin. Aamupala on riittoisa. Huoneissa mielestäni alkuun hieman outo haju (viemäri?).”

”Great staff, good hotel/hostel and good food at the restaurant”

”Oikein hyvä. Kaikki toimii ja hyvä palvelu.”

”The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, the experience was good. However, the biggest downside was the water, which had a very bad smell and made the stay less enjoyable. Hopefully, the hotel can look into this issue and improve the water quality. With that improvement, the experience would be much better.”

”Okayish location, helpful staff though”

”Te cambian las toallas de baño cada que lo requieras, frente a la playa, lleva tu repelente 😅”

”Very nice, extremely clean hotel. Only fridge was missing from the room. Nice breakfast and garden. Assessment is based on the experience of the second room that we had during our 4 night stay. The first night we spent in a very noisy room without a wifi even though we had asked for a quiet room when booking the room months before. We asked for the change of the room after having a look at the room. The bold, young guy at the reception did not want to make the change. Luckyly the young lady...

”We have paid our room before by hotels.com and when we arrived to hotel they told us they don't have room for us because some accident and some of the rooms smell bad. We haven't received our money back. Wasn't a nice surprise after long flight to start to look for new hotel. I wish hotels.com will pay our money back.”
