We have 3 bedrooms and a nice big balcony with a Bbq so you can eat outside in the evenings .we have a site pool and the beach is a 10 minute walk away .
Our summer house is located in an quiet town which is only a few minutes away from the beach, historical sites . Our apartment has a satellite TV and it is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigirator, cooker and oven.
There is a small beach located only 500meters (within walking distance) away from the house.

Villa Features

Two-storey, three-bedroom villa with detached garden and parking lot.
The house is surrounded by a fence and is isolated from the surroundings.

There is a barbecue on the balcony and a brick chimney adjacent to the building.
The common swimming pool is constantly kept sterile with an automatic pool cleaning robot (the robot works every night).

Cleaning and Hygiene
Our villa and general areas are cleaned with chemical substances during the entrance cleaning.
Bed and bathroom textiles are washed with high temperature, peroxide-based (disinfectant) detergent and ironed at 185 degrees.
The minimum number of cleaning staff uses masks and face shields.
“Poseidon Villa Çeşme” is delivered to you with new clean sheets, towels, duvet covers, sofa covers and rugs, accompanied by detergent and fabric softener scents after being thoroughly cleaned by personnel who have received hygiene training certificates.
All sheets, duvet covers, duvet covers, pillow cases, sofa covers and towels are replaced with new ones at every entrance and exit.
Decoration and Comfort
There are double Comfort Plus orthopedic wide beds in the three tastefully furnished bedrooms.
Thanks to the blackout curtains, you can wake up late in the morning without being affected by the light.

Pricing and Season Information

After selecting your holiday check-in and check-out dates, you can access current price information.
Different dates are subject to different pricing; high season is between June 1st and September 4th and it can be difficult to find a place during this period.
Early reservations can be made on holiday dates, the villa you like is added to your wish list and you are informed about last minute opportunities.

Extra campaigns and last minute opportunities are notified by e-mail when price reductions occur in the advertisement you added to your favorite list.
Swimming Pool and Environmental Facilities
Our semi-Olympic swimming pool is 12 m × 20 m in size and has a depth of 140-180 cm.
The pool is sterilized every night with an automatic cleaning robot.
There is a security fence around the pool to prevent children from entering without permission (sometimes it can be misunderstood due to the lemon cypress plants on the fence).
If small children enter the pool without permission, the pool attendant at the door will intervene.

Swimming Pool:

Please pay attention to the dates when the pool is open. The pool may be legally closed in case of virus bans.
The pool area is for shared use.
The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance and cleaning (as of June 1).
Villa Layout and Usage:

The villa has a separate entrance, independent garden and veranda.
Breakfast is served in the landscaped and grass-covered garden, surrounded by quiet and calm nature, accompanied by the sounds of birds in the morning.
An ideal holiday environment is provided for guests who want to get away from the chaos of the city and relax.
Event and Party Arrangements:

Parties, events, henna nights, engagements, proposals, wedding celebrations, bachelorette parties or graduation parties cannot be organized in the villa.
Pets:

Pets are not accepted due to the rules.
The pet cleaning fee penalty is 15,000 TL and extra detailed cleaning will be applied.
Guest Capacity:

The maximum capacity is determined as 6 adults and 3 children.
In total, no more than 8 adults without children can be accommodated.
