”We needed a place to stay while we were between selling and buying a home. I was very worried about what to do with our dogs. Home2 was wonderful!!”

”Hampton Inn is always something you can count on. Good service, clean and comfortable rooms and good location. This one has a bit limited surroundings but it did have a nice restaurant next door. Hampton Inns are our best partner when travelling long distances. Thank you!”

”A bit run down. Shower drain clogged, had water up to our ankles in just a couple of minutes. Beds relatively comfortable.”

”Room was great and comfy, staff was friendly and attentive. Would have been better if there were dressers since we stayed a week and they were really needed. Also, we travel a lot and this is the first hotel that did not have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in pumps in the shower. ”

”Breakfast menu: fake eggs but they tasted ok mixed with bacon. Parking excellent. The room ceiling was peeling and black in spots. It made me think there was mold under that paint.”

”My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown, on 4/15/26, while touring colleges. The hotel was nice and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice fitness room and complementary breakfast. The only negative was that there was only valet parking, which was $45 (possibly because of the downtown location). I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown and would stay there, if visiting Providence again. ”

”First and last time staying there, reserved two nights and ended up canceling my last night. Filthy, run down, inoperable utilities in the room, stinky, and furniture and blinds were atrocious. Never again!”

”For an Omni hotel, I was surprised how outdated my room was. The bathroom really needed to be renovated. It was nothing special, but very convenient for meetings at the RI Convention Center. The Convention Center was nice. Also, Fleming’s at the Omni and the coffee shop on the 2nd floor were good.”
