”This was one of the top three places I have stayed around the world. I rarely return back to the same place, but I will most definitely be back here. Such a wonderful place to enjoy nature and unwind. Close to many points of interest for tours. Excellent restaurants and amenities. The hot springs were amazing. ”We arrived with teens after a long drive in a downpour. Upon check in we learned there really were no gathering spaces or on-site options to get out of the cabin during bad weather, so it was not ideal for our circumstances. But, for activities in the area it is a great jumping off point and truly a magical little place. ”Schönes Zelt mitten im Regenwald. Die Anfahrt war allerdings etwas anstrengend. Deshalb sind wir auch beide Tage dort geblieben und haben vor Ort Wanderungen gemacht oder waren am Pool. Der ist klein, aber sehr hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wifi nur im Hauptgebäude. ”

”We visited Monteverde in the end of our vacation and it was definitely the right decision. Service was very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and large, but cold, especially at nights. I think this was the best hotel for our purpose to visit the Monteverde forest area and there were also easy bus connections to Santa Elena. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious!”
