”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

”I travel often for work, so I really value professionalism and customer service when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, that was the weakest part of my experience here.
During my stay, I asked for help with the laundry facilities and later with the computer/printer, and in both cases the front desk staff was not very helpful or service-oriented. The overall attitude felt indifferent rather than welcoming.
I also had an issue with the airport shuttle. My understanding was that it was scheduled...
