”We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. ”Property was great with great pool and breathtaking view. From the pool you can see Zante. However the air-conditioning needs a check. The unit in the kitchen was not blowing cold air at all and the bedroom one wasn't great either. Therefore a bit of a warm night. ”

”The staff is very helpful and welcoming, even with my very late evening check in. I appreciated their warm greetings. The location was not ideal for my short stay, but it was clean - a few things needed repair (door frame and bathroom shower doors were extremely hard to open and shut), but it was mostly clean (the shower floor was questionable) and quiet. ”Property and room was a bit outdated. Breakfast was simple. Coffee machine was not great and wasps were annoying. WiFi did not work in room On plus side they were very welcoming and hotel pool area was nice and short walk to lovely beach”

”Although a small apartment kitchen/dining, shower room and bedroom. Good balcony overlooking pool and out to see with uninterrupted views of those magnificent sunsets. You do need to hire a car. Although limited utensils we could make our own breakfast. Although there is breakfast available at 15€ pp. Plenty of places to eat locally all drivable. ”

” This is a beautiful property in a lovely little town. It was nice to be away from the bigger city and Panos made us feel special and right at home. He upgraded us to the nicest suite and is a wonderful host. The breakfast was made fresh and delivered to us each morning, it was delicious and full of Greek specialities. This is a true gem of a place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Kefalonia.”
