Perfect choice for a stopover
Our hotel choice for a two night stopover in Chamonix couldn't have been better! The spa was a great way to spend an hour relaxing after a long drive. Coming from Finland, we greatly value a proper sauna. Even the water bucket was there, which it is not at many hotels. The cold water pool could have been colder though :D The rooms were clean, fresh and modern. The breakfast buffet was tasty and there was something for everyone. One thing that stood out was that even the bathroom accessories were of high quality brand, not just some generic white little bottles. Same goes for the breakfast, it was made up of high quality ingredients which made it tasty and nutritious. Travelling by car, one of the criteria for our hotel was that parking should be in a garage and not cost a fortune. We'll definately be sure to book this hotel for our next visit to Chamonix!

Yksi mukavimmista hotelleista Chamonixissa.
Hotellin kylpyläosasto oli erittäin hyvä. Sijainti myös melko hyvä noin 10 minuutin kävelyn päässä keskustasta. Hyvä aamiainen.

Perfect for mini-break
We had a nice 4 night stay. Really enjoyed the hotel with its spa and lobbies. Good for a couple and would be also great with kids. Location next to the lift to Auguille was good, you walked in 10 min anywhere in town. Will use again.

An exellent long weekend getaway
The hotel was good and the rooms clean, tidy and cozy. The only problem for a bit taller guy (190 cm) was the tilted roof in our top floor room. Had to be very humble - especially in the shower (the tub was on abt 10 cm higher level than the rest of the room). Stayed only for 3 nights and we didn't much spend time in our rooms so didn't even try to change our room. Lobby bar offered really good live music and good drinks. Chamonix was great, the weather was amazing and the slopes had just opened (opening weekend). Although only a few pistes were open the weekend was amazing. I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again. Didn't have time to visit the hotel spa. Tried to book a massage, but no times were available for the same day.

There is a great hydro spa that is included in the stay. Free Crepe stand. Great lobby and bar. Friendly and accommodating staff. Free ski check at front desk. Bus stop near by. Walkable to heart of Chamonix. Right next to Mont Blanc gondola and historic Olympic ski jump.

Property good Room dark need more lighting All very clean Check in staff was disappointing. Asked to get upgrade from 1st floor. Told none available. Yet another in our group within an hour not only offered an upgrade voluntarily by check in person but at no extra charge Glad the other in our group had a nicer room with much nicer view but thought our check in person not very competent Also reception desk staff not at all knowledgeable of what’s going on There was an exhibit of the 100th Anniversary of Winter Olympics in Chamonix at Maison fraternialle and not only did staff not know about it but when asked was told it was cancelled It wasn’t Staff unaware of other events in town as it would have been nice to know of outdoor concert at place Mont Blanc. The Saturday market and the movie at the teleferique to the Aguillle de MIDI. There’s probably more that was going on but very unknowable reception staff For such a high end hotel guests deserve more Staff at ski shop OUTSTANDING eve one of them and very helpful and knowledgeable

Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado. Loja própria para locação de material de ski. Ônibus s 5 minutos a pé pra ir em diversas estações. Teleférico logo ao lado para ir ao ponto mais alto da região. Quarto limpo, bem aquecido. Hotel bem ao lado de diversas lojinhas e restaurantes da cidade. Voltaria muitas vezes.

Terrible location takes 45mins to get to nearest ski lift, no shuttle offered have to walk to a bus stop and catch a very packed bus. First room they put me in which was a family room sleeps four the bathroom was tiny you could not even properly close the door unless you stepped to the side

I stayed with my teenage daughter and we were really comfortable. The room was large and very well equipped (although there was no mini fridge there). The toiletries were really lovely. All around the hotel you had free hot drinks and water. I really enjoyed the cappuccino from the machine. The ski shop is very good. The ski bus is just outside the hotel. The spa in the hotel is the best one I have ever been to with sauna, ice room, ice bath, Hammam and a pool. It was great after a day of skiing just to relax there with a drink. The only negative was the breakfast. We paid 18euros each and we were told that our omelettes were not included into this. We were disappointed with the lack of choice and the fact that it was not included in the price of our stay. However there are plenty of local shops and restaurants around that we took advantage of. We would definitely come back but only if the hotel can accept our family dog.
