”Great location by Fort Amer and Meera Mandir but the "hotel" is definitely not as nice as in the pictures. Also, the fort view room (reason i chose this place) that i booked in advance was given to someone else while I was give a small, subpar, windowless room instead. ”

”I had a thoroughly pleasant stay; the hotel was impeccably clean and conveniently located near all key places. The staff were exceptionally helpful and hospitable, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.”

”Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning.
