Stylish 3 bedrooms apartment in Neachora

The apartment is 109sqm. It has a big spacious foyer, a kitchen that is open to the living room, only separated by a dining table. 1 master bedroom that has 1 king size bed (200x180), another bedroom with a queen size bed (200 x 160), and one ensuite bedroom that has its own kitchenette, toilet, shower and even a separate main entrance door.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (you need to climb 2 floors). There is no elevator in the building.

Please note that there is a little bit of noise from a construction site near our building (only sometimes when they use heavier tools). If you are very sensitive to noise, please be aware of this. We do have double-glass windows and they eliminate 80-90% of the noise.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge, a cooking stove with any cooking appliances you may need and has a microwave and a filter coffee percolator.
There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen for your comfort, as well as a laundry machine.
To dry your clothes, we have a drying rack that you can easily use in the house or outside in the sun.

In the living room is also a 60” smart TV.

The apartment has a small private balcony for you to enjoy. It's nice to eat outside on the balcony in summertime or just have your coffee and enjoy the quiet neighbourhood and the sun.

For sleeping, in addition to 3 beds, the sofa in the living room is 1 meter wide, and it is very comfortable to sleep on (it does not open into a bed). You have extra bed sheets, pillows and blankets that you can use for sleeping on the sofa.

Our check-in and check-out are both “do it yourself” using the lockbox near the apartment entrance door to get your key.
The building also has an electronic panel that opens the door using a code.
You will receive both codes 1 day before your arrival.
Check-in starts at 2pm until whatever time you want.
Check-out until 11am.
When you leave please leave the key in the lockbox, and don’t forget to scramble the numbers so it is impossible to open the lockbox.

There is a shop just under the apartment, with essential groceries, coffee and pastries and more.
It’s open from 7am until 11pm every day.
