”Clean and tidy room, good breakfast, not crowded when we stayed (April 8). Overall very good service. However at 10:38 someone started knocking the door of my room. It was cleaning staff. They opened it despite me being in the room with 2 keys from it. I told that I’m planning to stay until 11 AM which is my check-out time. It repeated second time in 5 minutes. ”Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

”The property definitely has the WOW factor in terms of location and access to the Silverstone facilities. However dont go with any expectation of self catering, minimal facilities which dont include a basic toaster and less than adequate utensils. It appears there’s an assumption that you will eat at the restaurant which looks incredible but quite costly if there for evening meal and breakfast!”

”We had a one night stay here. V reasonably priced. Super cute and well appointed shepherd hut in the grounds of The Bell Inn, where we had a fab evening meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend.”
