”An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months”

”This is a really lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Fowey with a beautiful terrace overlooking the river and Town Quay. We spent hours on this terrace whiling away the heat enjoying a drink. ”Location is superb right by harbor.. lots of narrow small stairs to our room on 3rd floor in roof. Room was airless even with windows open… breakfast was great however supervisor was pretty unfriendly and basically kicked us out right at 10am… don’t expect any frills…”

Hairdryer, ironing board, iron and microwave. However, the fridge was the reason I booked. A seating area where you can chill without a TV on and a small book shelf with a wide variety of books. ”This hotel is always my go to when staying in the area. It's in a beautiful location, quiet and well placed to travel to the areas I need to go. The rooms are great no matter what ones you get. Facilities are fantastic, and as I understand it the golf courses superb, I certainly enjoy running around them early in the morning before the balls start flying.”

Staff very pleasant and helpful breakfast included is continental which we found more than adequate. We had dinner there on two of the nights añd enjoyed what we had although the menu is slightly limited for more frequent dining. Overall we had a beautiful stay”
