”Nigel was so great, I made an error on my booking dates and he fixed it no problem ! The hotel is clean, modern, newly refurnished. Brekky was lovely, warm friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel. £5 surcharge for a dog which is brilliant. Only thing is the electric shower, it’s not as good as gas but it was still ok! Just to know , dogs can’t go in the restaurant. Lovely hotel and great staff !!”
”We had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The room overlooked the garden and the views were stunning. The bed was really comfy too.
The food was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and chatty.
We found it very easy to travel around as it is near to the major roads.
We will definitely stay again.”

”It’s a very good hotel in the centre of Truro. Ideal for sight seeing, shopping in a very good selection of shops. Large stores as well as boutique shops and a thriving market place. A good restaurant at the hotel as well as other dining establishments in the locality.”
”Very welcoming. Amazing location, with epic views. Easy to get to Fistral beach and Crantock beach. Wicked spot at the top of the hill 5 mins walk to the top of cliff edge to watch the sunset. Restaurant food was delcious for breakfast and dinner. Room size prefect, we had the family, which had a seperate room songle room adjoined to our double. Amazing ocean view from the hotel. Free parking, no issues .
All the staff were very polite and very accomodating.

”Beautiful old farmhouse in a quiet location with lovely views . Hannah was the perfect hostess who greeted us warmly on our arrival and made us very welcome . The farmhouse always felt warm and our room was very comfortable and well equipped . We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the ensuite . ”

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and the indoor pool is lovely.
You’re opposite Fistral Beach, the surf hire shop next door is ideal.
Parking is not great, make sure you pre-book or you’re in trouble!
The food at Breakfast is Ok but nothing special.
The staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We’d definitely go back, but only if the parking was pre-booked.
