”The guesthouse was perfect fair my husband and myself. It was also in a great location for our plans. We went to the Ryman, then hurricane mills to Loretta Lynn’s ranch. Then to Mt Juliet to visit family and to the Grand Ole Opry. Henry was awesome to communicate with from beginning to end. We even had a chance to meet Henry and Kim. They were lovely people. Would definitely go back again. Debbie N”

”I only booked this house for my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 7-year-old) for one night as we were passing through the area. I wanted something peaceful as we had to be in the car for about 9 hours to get there. Let me tell you, I was so sad that we were only there one night. I am seriously considering taking another trip and having this house as my primary destination. Reasons I loved it: 1. Tucked into the woods on a side road so very minimal traffic going by. This made it so...

”We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful, cozy, and full of charm. You can really tell that a lot of thought went into making it such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. The location was also fantastic — we loved being so close to a cute coffee shop and a wonderful little restaurant that we got a last minute drink and yummy fried okra. It made it so easy to walk out and enjoy the area. There is an occasional train directly behind the house, so I did want to mention that for...

”Pros: Quiet end unit townhome that backs up to wooded lot. Back bedroom is very dark at night. Comfortable, nice extras like toiletries, close to many options for dining and shopping. Cons: Direct communication with host was lacking. Everything from host was automated but I did not get responses to a message sent on check in day. An email in reply was kicked back as undeliverable. The kitchen is stocked with basics but could use an updated knife set; there were no chefs knives (all serrated)...

”Property is not maintained at all. Was not clean. There was aunts everywhere on the main floor even on the furniture. Shower all had mold and mildew. Main floor bedroom did not have any pillow cases and the pillows were stained. Gross! Shower mats were dirty. Trash was left in the trash can. Broken curtain rods, rusted floor grates, water damaged walls in bathrooms, marked up walls. Furniture was broken, missing legs, stained and frankly worn out. The furniture on the roof top deck was...
