Step inside our 2100sf, 3bd, 2.5 bath home 1 mile off I-24, exit 8 and feel instantly at ease. Our home is warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with vintage charm and inviting details. Soft seating, cozy living areas, and wonderfully comfortable beds make it easy to relax and unwind. Whether you’re enjoying the brick fireplace or a quiet moment by the window, this space offers a calm, welcoming place to settle in and feel at home.

The space
Our home is 2100sf, set on a half acre, in a safe and well kept, quiet neighborhood set on 1/2 acre trees lots. It is a short drive to shopping, downtown, the arena, Austin Peay and about a 20 min easy drive to Fort Campbell.
The back yard is large and private with a patio and many shade trees. One side and the very back of the yard is fenced. The remaining side is not.
The central living space offers a double living room with brick fireplace that looks out onto the private backyard and patio area. No houses are visible from all windows in the rear of the house, just trees. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a complete meal, full refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker and espresso machine, blender, mixer, crockpot, air fryer, George Foreman indoor grill, stainless steel cookware, bakeware and dish-ware that serves 8.
The primary bedroom is large with a queen bed that is the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in. A large primary bathroom is attached and a walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom has a full bed and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have dressers and closets.

Guest access
You will have use of the entire home and yard. No one else will be on the property.


Additional rules
Please smoke or vape outside. There is a $100 additional cleaning fee if you vape or smoke inside.

Please leave the key in the lock box when you are not at home. This minimizes lost keys. If you lose the key, there is a $50 replacement fee. If you lock yourself out, there is a $50 lock-out fee.

Please be considerate of future guests and keep pets off of beds and couches. Please wipe their feet when you bring them inside. If you have pets, a towel will be left by the front and back door before your arrival for this purpose.

Pet owners are expected to clean up their pets waste by putting it in a plastic bag and leaving it in the trash can outside the back door.

Do not move any furniture or slide any out of its placed position as it can scratch hardwood floors.

Please put all dishes in the dishwasher before departure.

You do not need to take out the trash. We will handle that.

In Spring & Summer, please set the thermostats upstairs and downstairs to 72 when you depart.

In Winter, please set the upstairs and downstairs thermostats to 50 degrees when you depart.

Please message host when you check out so they can notify the cleaner it is ok to start cleaning.
