”Staff was super! Location could not be better. Guest rooms were clean, but very small! The common areas were very tired and unclean. The continental breakfast was insufficient...No fruit, lackluster, running out of items before the end of serving hours. If you can't make breakfast better, don't offer it. The whole place is a grand old lady who needs someone to really care about her!”

”Very happy with our stay and would return. The bathroom is new with a great walk in shower. Heating and AC great. Bathroom needs shelving over water tank as there is almost no shelving. Very few electrical outlets, one not working at all! Continental breakfast was excellent, but would like a table to eat. Staff went out of their way to assist us”

”The history of the house and the Captains Row area is great for history buffs. The Inn Keepers have decorated and preserved the home with furniture and decor as I would expect for the period. Hats off to them as a home of this age and size must need constant attention. Close to the beaches and dining in Osterville and Hyannis. ”My second time in Martin House Inn. It is situated in the hearth of town and is close to the ferry, buses, shops and restaurants. Still the location is quiet and not crowded. Had a room with a shared bathroom which worked out fine. Common areas were charming. Enjoyed breakfast, afternoon treats, Friday cheese and wine and evening sherry or bourbon nitecap. Beds were comfortable and everything clean. Will return for shure!”

”5 Honeysuckle Ln. is an absolutely perfect little cottage that is welcoming and has everything you need for your stay on Nantucket. It had all the comfort of home and I loved sleeping in the loft. It was like a little piece of heaven, looking out the window up there. Our dear friends, enjoyed the master bedroom which had a wonderful king bed, and so much room to sort themselves out during our vacation. We didn’t require the twin bedroom so we used it as a dressing room and that worked...
