”No hot water, then no water for a full night into early morning. And no info regarding this from the hotel. A backpacker hotel, not a luxury hotel as advertised by Expedia. No spa or spa service, only two towels for the cold shower my husband and I took. Rooms barely cleaned after our second day. We finally booked a true luxury hotel at 1/9 the price of this total rip off. Disgraceful. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay in the “Tequila” room at this property. We arrived to a clean and spacious area with everything we needed. It was decorated nicely and had plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, etc. The hosts were very responsive which proved to be very helpful when we were having trouble with the door codes! They quickly resolved them and checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit CDMX!!”

”This is a lovely place to stay! We would def stay here again. It is well located and within walking distance of many things to do and see as well as shopping. One thing to note, I believe the listing says the front desk is only manned for an hour every day but there is a doorman onsite 24/7.
