”I booked for one night as on a training course locally. I stayed in Willow room, and it was as described, clean, all the amenities for me to make tea/coffee and towels provided. Cara contacted me with instructions on parking etc prior to my visit, and was on hand with recommendations for pub to eat at etc before my visit. The room had a small fan - there is no air conditioning - we roasted - it was so so hot unbearable. With two adults in such a small room with no air-conditioning terrible. What made it worse was that there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom that was permanently on which you could not turn off so the small bathroom was so hot and made the room even worse. ”The key was collected from the shop serving the petrol station which I didn’t know at the time. There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional.
