”Nice property and convenient location to Hollywood Cemetery, Allianz Ampitheater & Carytown. Quiet neighborhood and ample street parking. Have to rave about the beds! The most comfortable rental beds we’ve ever slept in! Fluffy, soft sheets, lots of pillows. All 3 beds were comfortable! Very pleased with our choice! ”

”Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others!”

”We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. ”

”Great communication from owner! This is a lovely older home in a quiet neighborhood. The front fenced yard was perfect for our dog and the home's interior was super clean and inviting. We had 2 vehicles and were able to find street parking easily in front of home. We ate at the Mexican restaurant that was very close by (Amigos) and it was delicious. Also, very close to a Target & Kroger along with many other shops. I would definitely stay at this home again!”

”We really want to thank Jennifer and Gary for a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautiful in a very serene setting! When we checked in we thought it was way in the country, but it is actually very close to everything we needed and very close to all the historical parts of Williamsburg, Jamestown and York!It would be wonderful for several families with children to stay! Most of the bedrooms have private restrooms attached!Jennifer was very prompt answering any questions we had! Very nice...

”It was an amazing stay. We were welcomed into a perfectly immaculate home that was exceedingly quiet the whole time. They have so many wonderful amenities right there. The only thing that took me by surprise was that one of the rooms is more of a loft because it doesn’t have a door on it. ”

”This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!”
