”The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. ”Nice place to stay”

”Excellent”

”Todella mukava henkilökunta, ja hyvä aamiainen. Mukava spa alakerrassa. ”

”It was very hard to find the hotel. We have had o asked for help from random people on the street. Very confusing on the parking spaces where you can park, maybe some signs and marking with some paint, and lastly the bells of a near by church ran almost all night long every half-hour.
