”Our stay was perfect, couldnt have asked for more. Everyone was very nice and attended all our needs, hotel is very accessible to Zermatt and has transportation. We will definitely recommend. ”
”Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...
”Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...
”Wow! An incredible hotel. I was given a free upgrade with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was amazing. Plenty of space and excellent decor. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were friendly, My room was decorated for my birthday. Spa area, again Wow! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels Ive stayed in. ”

”Perfect location near railway station, all the shops and restaurants. We had a family room booked. There were two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it convenient for four people. Beds were comfortable and the balcony a nice bonus. Breakfast was quite large and service overall very good.We were also allowed to use the whirlpool outside the official hours.Would definately recommend this hotel.”
