The location was also perfect—just a short drive or walk to downtown, which made exploring the area super convenient. I really appreciated how easy and smooth the whole experience was. We even had a secure parking spot with our bikes. Great location, a few blocks from King street. Would love to return!! ”

”loved this rustic beach getaway. BED so comfortable, shower great and VERY close to downtown and pier! Only 3 suggestions…leave instructions on how to lock the door with keypad, put in description that the fridge has no freezer and leave instructions on how to locate the walking path to the beach! We brought freezer items with no way to keep frozen. No big deal, just didn’t know how to plan. Will be back!!!”

”We had a studio on the 3rd flood. It was the perfect size with a queen bed and a separate living area with a couch and fireplace. The room was clean and quiet with no street noise. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The best part was the location. Quick walk to the market, the waterfront and French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”Great location and wonderful property! Centrally located on King Street, it was fun looking out the windows and seeing people walking around. It was easy to walk everywhere from this location. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The linens were clean, good air conditioning in the summer heat, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The parking spot was very convenient right outside the door. Great property, definitely recommend!”
