To begin with, they would not accommodate my service dog. Agent argued with me and asked to show documentation at check in then charged me $50 “Pet” fee. I have stayed at multiple hotels as I frequently travel for work and have never had any issues prior to this property. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. We also did not have a choice of a prior requested 1st floor room that was previously requested because of my disability and so I was forced to painfully climb the stairs to the top floor and after walking through the absolutely disgusting hallway to my so called
“Room” upon entry walked into a dirty room that had stained towels, dirty floor, dirty bathroom, etc. Thankfully I had brought my own towels to use during my stay. Office manager admitted the hotel towels were “stained” but clean but clearly if hotel towels are stained, they are most definitely not clean a she said they were. Their continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. They combine the most disgusting egg looking substance with sausage in a dirty crock pot along with other breakfast offerings I would not even feed my dog. On a positive note….they have a nice looking marsh with a deck and outdoor seating. There is also 2 filthy charcoal grills for guests to utilize.
